Excellent service. The owner Michael was awesome to work with. Very responsive.

EHCR responded immediately to my phone call regarding the issues we were having with our AC unit. They accommodated our schedule and arrived early for the appointment which I had encouraged them to do since my schedule changed at the last minute. They offered a reasonable price for the service call, plus a discount if we contracted for the reasonably priced yearly maintenance checks, which we decided to do. Our system is over 20 years old, but still in decent condition, and we thought it would be wise to keep an eye on it. They replaced 2 worn parts and checked the coolant levels / pressure, and they cleaned the unit. It's already producing cooler air to the point where we had to turn up the temperature in the house because it performed better than it has since we bought the house 2 years ago. I would highly recommend this company especially since they are such nice people that own and operate it too. We look forward to our continuing relationship with EHCR.

Mike was fast to get out to my house and get my AC back up and working. I will definitely use Element next time I need help with my hvac.

I called early in the morning during one of the hottest days of the year, and even though they were already very busy and booked, they still made time to come out and help me. The technician was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very honest. He took the time to inspect my AC system, explain what was going on, and answer all of my questions without rushing me. He found that my system was low on refrigerant, recharged it, and got things running much better. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He didn’t pressure me into replacing my system right away. Instead, he gave me realistic recommendations, explained that I likely have a small leak, and helped me understand both my short-term and long-term options. He charged a very fair price, was easy to talk to, and clearly cared about helping rather than just selling. In today’s world, that kind of service is hard to find. I highly recommend them and would absolutely call them again.”

I had an excellent experience, AC unit quit working on a 100+ degree day. Mike was such a nice guy, very professional, he came quickly and answered all my questions. He was in and out in under 30 min. He immediately knew what the issue was upon inspection, even had the part in the truck. 10/10 recommend Element Heating Cooling!!
